Feel free to use our music in your YouTube UGC and Twitch streams for free! Just credit Carbon Citizens, mention the song's name, and include the song(s) stream link in your description. Failure to credit Carbon Citizens will result in a copyright claim. We want you to be a part of the Carbon Citizens world and create the content you love, and we want to make sure other people can find it and do the same.
WHAT CLASSIFIES AS USER GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)?
UGC includes content that isn't explicitly promoting brands, products, or services for commercial gain. You're free to use our music in videos such as beauty/fashion/fitness reviews, tutorials, travel vlogs, lifestyle, gaming, DIY, TV/movie/sport reviews, and more. If you're uncertain about your video's eligibility, feel free to ask us at contact@carboncitizens.com
Students, feel free to use our music in your presentations and videos for your studies and assessments. We'd love to see your creative use of it!
We'll block and report videos with illegal, sexual, racist, or discriminatory content. Keep it positive and be a good person.
COMMERCIAL USES
If you want to use the music in your movie, TV show, game, or to advertise your new product or service or any other commercial use (ie. where you earn money from it), this requires permission from us and depending on the type of use, may also require a license. REMIXING OR DISTRIBUTING
Carbon Citizens music is available on all major digital service providers, ie. Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Deezer etc. You can NOT distribute Carbon Citizens music in these ways. We make the music free to use on YouTube UGC and Twitch streams, but unfortunately that does not mean it’s free to do anything you want with! We still own the copyright to our releases and appropriate permission and/or licenses must be granted before you can release a cover or remix of a Carbon Citizens track.

DEMO SUBMISSION
We do not accept demos for consideration on Carbon Citizens. All music submitted to ANY Carbon Citizens email/social media will be discarded.
